构建福建省林业生态补偿机制的思考

摘　　要：福建省的森林覆盖率居全国第一,但面临林业保护和经济发展的结构性失调。林业生态补偿是解决矛盾,推动双赢的有效手段。文章分析了目前福建省开展林业生态补偿的必要性,介绍了福建省目前已经开展的有关生态补偿方面的案例,探讨了建立林业生态补偿机制需要迫切解决的问题,以期为福建省建立林业生态补偿机制提供理论参考。The forest coverage rate of Fujian province ranks first in China,but it faces the structural imbalance of forestry protection and economic development.Forestry ecological compensation is an effective means to solve contradictions and promote win-win situation.This paper analyzes the necessity of forestry ecological compensation in Fujian province,introduces the cases of forestry ecological compensation in Fujian province,and discusses the urgent problems to be solved in establishing forestry ecological compensation mechanism,in order to provide theoretical reference for Fujian province to establish forestry ecological compensation mechanism.
