摘  要:全球强厄尔尼诺现象和拉尼娜现象交替影响,导致自然灾害频发,每年均遭受台风、暴雨以及洪涝灾害的袭击,电网设备覆盖范围广,其稳定运行容易遭受外部条件影响,严重影响生产经营秩序。通过电网应急一张图及时有效掌握应急信息,做好应急信息的收集、统计、分析和报送工作,持续跟踪灾害变化情况,为快速抢修救灾和掌握事件处置进度提供有力的数据支撑,为有效指挥事件处置奠定良好基础。The global strong El Nino and La Nina phenomena are alternately affected,leading to frequent natural disasters,which are attacked by typhoons,rainstorms and floods every year.Power grid equipment covers a wide range,and its stable operation is vulnerable to external conditions,which seriously affects the production and op-eration order.Through a grid emergency diagram to grasp the emergency information in a timely and effective manner,do a good job in the collection,statistics,analysis and submission of emergency information,and continue to track the disaster changes,providing strong data support for rapid emergency repair and disaster relief and mas-tering the progress of incident disposal,and laying a good foundation for effective command of incident disposal.
