短波监测数据库建设中的监测要素研究

摘　　要：从实际监测工作出发,从频率、时间、空间等共性和呼号、频率间隔、波特率等个性方面,多维度研究了短波监测数据库建设所需关注的监测要素。有了要素完整的数据库,才能更好地动态分析境内短波信号覆盖、使用情况,为各项工作做好支撑。Based on the actual monitoring work,this paper studies the monitoring elements that need to be paid attention to in the construction of shortwave monitoring database from the common elements such as frequency,time and space and the individual elements such as call sign,frequency interval and baud rate.With a complete database of elements,we can analyze the coverage and use of shortwave signals in China better and dynamically andsupport various work accordingly.
