摘 要:目的探讨微型钢板置入内固定治疗掌指骨骨折的临床疗效。方法选择2018年3月—2020年3月收治的50例掌指骨骨折患者,按照治疗方式的不同分为对照组(克氏针内固定治疗,25例)与观察组(微型钢板置入内固定治疗,25例),对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组中指骨骨折及掌骨骨折患者的治疗优良率分别为89.5%、90.0%,明显高于对照组患者的治疗优良率(61.1%、61.9%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.039、4.385,P<0.05);观察组患者的手术时间明显长于对照组(t=2.791,P<0.05),但其开始功能训练的时间以及愈合时间均明显短于对照组患者(t=5.662、2.602,P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症发生率为5.1%(2/39),明显低于对照组患者的发生率20.5%(8/39),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.129,P=0.042)。结论微型钢板置入内固定治疗掌指骨骨折具有显著的临床效果,可作为掌指骨骨折的理想治疗方案。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of microplate placement and internal fixation in the treatment of metacarpal and phalangeal fractures.Methods 50 cases of metacarpal and phalangeal fracture patients admitted from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into a control group(K-wire internal fixation,25 cases)and an observation group(microplate implantation and internal fixation treatment,25 cases),to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients.Results The excellent and good rates of treatment for patients with phalangeal fracture and metacarpal fracture in the observation group were 89.5%and 90.0%,which were significantly higher than those of the control group(61.1%,61.9%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.039,4.385,P<0.05);the operation time of the observation group was significantly longer than that of the control group(t=2.791,P<0.05),but the time to start functional training and healing time were significantly shorter than those of the control group(t=5.662,2.602,P<0.05);the complication rate in the observation group was 5.1%(2/39),which was significantly lower than the 20.5%in the control group(8/39).The difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.129,P=0.042).Conclusion Mini-plate implantation and internal fixation has a significant clinical effect on metacarpal and phalangeal fractures,and can be used as an ideal treatment plan for metacarpal and phalangeal fractures.
