卡孕栓直肠给药与阴道给药在宫缩乏力性产后出血预防中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:对比分析卡孕栓直肠给药与阴道给药在宫缩乏力性产后出血预防中的效果。方法:选取2018年3月至2020年3月在本院住院分娩的130例孕产妇分为A组、B组,均给予卡孕栓治疗,A组经直肠给药,B组经阴道给药,比较两组孕产妇止血效果、第三产程、产后2 h及24 h出血量、不良反应发生情况。结果:A组产妇止血效果总有效率为98.46%,较B组产妇的87.69%显著提高(P<0.05);第三产程较B组产妇显著缩短(P<0.05);产后2 h及24 h出血量较B组产妇显著减少(P<0.05);不良反应发生率为3.08%,较B组产妇的13.85%显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:卡孕栓经直肠给药和经阴道给药对于预防宫缩乏力性产后出血均是有效、安全的,但是经直肠给药止血效果更优,不良反应更少,值得推广。Objective:To compare and analyze the effects of rectal administration and vaginal administration of methyl carprost suppository in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine attenuation.Method:130 pregnant women who gave birth in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected and divided into two groups.Both groups A and B were given methyl carprost suppository therapy.Group A was given rectal administration,and Group B was given vaginal administration.The hemostatic effect,third stage of labor,2 h and 24 h postpartum bleeding,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of hemostatic effect in group A was 98.46%,higher than 87.69%in group B(P<0.05).The third stage of labor was significantly shorter than that in group B(P<0.05).The bleeding at 2 h and 24 h after delivery in group A was significantly reduced compared with group B(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions was 3.08%in groups A,which was significantly lower than 13.85%of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:The rectal and vaginal administration of methyl carprost suppository is effective and safe for preventing postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia.However,transrectal administration has better hemostatic effect and fewer adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion.
