摘 要:目的:探讨有氧运动训练联合饮食干预对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2019年1月至2019年12月基本公共卫生服务管理的240例2型糖尿病患者分为干预组和对照组,对照组给予常规干预措施及随访,干预组给予有氧运动训练联合饮食干预,比较两组干预前后血糖指标、SF-36量表、GQOLI-74量表。结果:干预前两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白指标水平无显著性差异(P>0.05),干预后干预组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白指标水平下降更显著(P<0.05);干预前两组SF-36量表、GQOLI-74量表各维度评分无显著性差异(P>0.05),干预后干预组SF-36量表(总体健康、生理机能、生理职能、情感职能、活力、疼痛、精神健康、社会功能)、GQOLI-74量表(健康状态、身体功能、社会功能、心理健康)各维度评分上升更显著(P<0.05)。结论:有氧运动训练联合饮食干预可改善2型糖尿病患者血糖水平,提高患者生活质量,值得推广。Objective:To explore and analyze the effects of aerobic exercise training combined with dietary intervention on blood glucose control and quality of life of patients with type 2 diabetes.Method:Select 240 patients with type 2 diabetes who were managed by basic public health services from January 2019 to December 2019 For the intervention group and the control group,the control group was given routine care and follow-up,and the intervention group was given aerobic exercise training combined with diet intervention.The blood glucose index,SF-36 scale,GQOLI-74 scale were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin index levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin index levels of the intervention group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of the SF-36,GQOLI-74,and DMQLS scales between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the intervention group SF-36 scale(general health,physiological function),Physical function,emotional function,vitality,pain,mental health,social function),GQOLI-74 scale(health status,physical function,social function,mental health)scores of each dimension increased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:aerobic exercise training combined with diet intervention for patients with type 2 diabetes has a more significant effect,with a significant decrease in blood sugar and a significant improvement in quality of life,which is worthy of promotion.
