摘  要:“道德失范”现象屡见不鲜,究其根本在于对德性与规范的认知阙如。恩格斯在《反杜林论》提出的“真正人的道德”实现了历史逻辑与价值逻辑的统一,即德性与规范的融贯发展,是唯物史观视域下对现实社会道德的实践把握,是对德性与规范的完满诠释,其实质是规范约束的形式性与追求自由的实质性的统一。德性与规范间的现实张力彰显为道德与法的同向目标,着眼于维护并实现人的利益,指向人的自由解放。“真正人的道德”既是自由的又是道德的,始终处于不断进发的实现运动中,它为德性与规范寻找到实践融合的生长点,为破解“道德失范”难题提供思想密钥。The phenomenon of“moral anomie”is common,the root of which can be attributed to the lack of understanding of virtue and norm.The“real people's morality”put forward by Engels in Anti-Dühring realizes the unity of historical logic and value logic,that is,the integration and development of virtue and norm.It is the practice of the real society's morals from the perspective of historical materialism,and the perfect interpretation of virtue and norm,whose essence is the unity of the formality of normative constraints and the substantiality of pursuits of freedom.The realistic tension between virtue and norms shares the goal of morality and law,which focuses on realizing and safeguarding human interests and points to human freedom and liberation.“Real people's morality”is both free and moral,and it is always in the continuous movement of realization.It finds the growing point of practice integration for virtue and norm,and provides the ideological key for solving the problem of“moral anomie”.
