摘 要:为进一步提升光伏光热(PV/T)系统性能,采用丙二醇基Ag/CoSO_(4)纳米流体作为PV/T系统的光谱分频液。利用分光光度计表征不同浓度分频液的光学性能,并通过实验研究其对聚光硅太阳电池电性能的影响,最后理论分析PV/T系统的综合性能。结果表明:丙二醇基Ag/CoSO_(4)纳米流体中CoSO_(4)和银纳米颗粒具有光学协同效应;在该分频液下电池电性能下降,而PV/T系统的总效率有显著提升;并随纳米流体浓度的增加,总效率不断增大,但系统MF值却先增后减;在所制备的4种浓度中,银纳米颗粒质量分数为3.18×10^(-3)%时具有最大MF值,为1.37。In order to further improve the performance of photovoltaic/thermal(PV/T)system,propylene glycol based Ag/CoSO_(4)nanofluid was used as the spectral splitter of PV/T system.The optical properties of the nanofluid with different concentrations were characterized by the spectrophotometer.The effect of the nanofluid on the electrical performance of the silicon concentrator solar cell was studied experimentally.Finally,the performance of the PV/T system was analyzed theoretically.The results show that CoSO_(4)and silver nanoparticles in the propylene glycol based Ag/CoSO_(4)nanofluid have optical synergistic effect.The performance of the cell is decreased when the propylene glycol based Ag/CoSO_(4)nanofluid as the splitter,but the total efficiency of the PV/T system is significantly improved.As the concentrations of the nanofluid increase,the total efficiency of the PV/T system increases,but the merit function(MF)value increases first and then decreases.Among the four prepared concentrations,the peak MF value is achieved when the silver nanoparticles mass fraction is 3.18×10^(-3)%.
