摘 要:提出一种基于分频纳米流体的太阳能蒸馏系统,以改进的盘式蒸发器为研究对象,采用蒙特卡洛法对比分析不同尺寸蒸发器的光学性能。以冬至日为例,重点研究太阳入射角度、蒸发器的几何参数以及盖板倾斜角度对蒸发器透光效率及光斑均匀度的影响。结果表明:上午与下午透光效率及光斑均匀度近似对称,正午时刻蒸发器透光效率及光斑均匀度均达到最大;蒸发器底部太阳电池表面辐照较强的光斑面积由太阳光线直接入射得到;增加蒸发器长度可减少两侧板对光线的遮挡,降低蒸发器高度可使太阳电池表面接收到辐照较强的光斑面积增大;随着蒸发器盖板倾斜角度的增加,由于后板的增高而使更多太阳光线反射至蒸发器外部,使透光效率降低,而太阳电池表面的光斑分布更加均匀。A solar distiller based on nanofluid spectral splitting technique is proposed.The optical properties of modified disc-type distillers with different size are compared and analyzed by Monte Carlo method.The effects of solar altitude angle and azimuth angle,geometric parameters of distiller and inclination angle of glass cover on the optical efficiency and spot uniformity of distiller are studied.The results indicated that the optical efficiency and spot uniformity are approximately symmetrical in the morning and afternoon.The optical efficiency and spot uniformity of the distiller are the greatest at noon.The intensive irradiation on the bottom surface of the distiller is produced by the direct incident light.Increasing the length of distiller and decreasing the height of distiller are both effective ways to improve the optical efficiency and the uniformity of light spot.With the increase of the inclination angle of the glass cover,more incident light will be reflected to the outside of the distiller due to the increase of the back plate,thus reducing the optical efficiency.
