特制的负压引流装置在甲状腺手术后的应用效果及对患者睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究特制负压引流装置在甲状腺手术后的应用。方法:选取2017年4月至2020年6月广州市红十字会医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科收治的甲状腺手术患者76例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组38例。用一次性负压吸引球术后引流的为对照组,用特制负压引流装置的为观察组,比较2组存在的差异。结果:观察组与对照组的置管时间、引流量、负压引流装置压力、并发症发生率、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:甲状腺手术后使用特制的负压引流装置的临床价值显著。Objective:To explore the application effects of self-made negative pressure drainage device after thyroid surgery.Methods:A total of 76 patients with thyroid surgery admitted to otolaryngology head and neck surgery department of Guangzhou Red Cross Hospital from April 2017 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group by using random number table method,38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with disposable negative pressure drainage ball,and the observation group was treated with self-made negative pressure drainage device.Results:There were significant differences in catheterization time,drainage volume,negative pressure drainage device pressure,complication rate and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical value of self-made negative pressure drainage device after thyroid surgery is significant.
