弹性垫对夜磨牙症患者咬合及睡眠特征的改善效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探究弹性垫对夜磨牙症患者咬合及睡眠特征的改善效果。方法:选取2017年5月至2019年7月湖北谷城县人民医院收治的夜磨牙症患者53例作为研究对象,所有患者均接受弹性垫治疗,比较患者治疗前后的咬合情况和睡眠特征。结果:患者治疗后的咬合情况优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者每小时的咀嚼肌节律性收缩次数,比治疗前少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在夜磨牙症患者的临床治疗中采用弹性垫治疗,治疗前后睡眠特征相近,但能有效改善患者的咬合情况,减少患者每小时咀嚼肌节律性收缩次数,进而改善患者的磨牙症状。Objective:To explore the effect of elastic cushion on occlusal performance and sleep characteristics of patients with night bruxism.Methods:A total of 53 patients with night bruxism admitted to the People′s Hospital of Gucheng County,Hubei Province from May 2017 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects.All patients were treated with elastic cushion.The occlusal condition and sleep characteristics of patients before and after treatment were compared.Results:The occlusal condition after treatment was better than before treatment(P<0.05).The number of masticatory muscle rhythmic contraction per hour was less than that before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of patients with night bruxism,elastic cushion treatment was adopted.The sleep characteristics were similar before and after treatment,but it could effectively improve the occlusive condition of patients,reduce the number of rhythmic contraction of masticatory muscles per hour,and thus improve the symptoms of night bruxism.
