助产护理对高龄产妇产程及睡眠质量影响观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨助产护理对高龄产妇产程及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年1月至2020年1月福建中医药大学附属人民医院收治的高龄产妇90例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行助产护理。比较2组的产程时间及睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]评分。结果:观察组的产程时间及PSQI评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:助产护理可显著缩短高龄产妇的产程,提高睡眠质量,临床应用价值较高。Objective:To explore the influence of midwifery nursing for the delivery process and sleep quality of elderly delivery women.Methods:A total of 90 elderly women in People′s Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2020 were were divided into control group and observation group with 45 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The control group were with routine care,and the observation group were with midwifery care.Then the labor time and sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)]score of two groups were compared.Results:The labor time and PSQI score of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The midwifery care can significantly shorten the birth process and improve sleep quality of elderly women,so its application value is higher.
