儿童睡眠呼吸障碍应用个体化治疗的价值及可行性评价

摘　　要：目的:研究与分析儿童睡眠呼吸障碍应用个体化治疗的价值及可行性。方法:选取2018年11月至2020年11月福建省漳州正兴医院儿科收治的患有儿童睡眠呼吸障碍疾病的患儿86例作为研究对象,按照动态分组法分为对照组(n=40)与观察组(n=46)。对照组采用单纯手术治疗的方法来治疗,而观察组采取非手术治疗的方法来治疗。结果:在症状改善情况以及治疗效果等方面,观察组与对照组患儿的相关数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:儿童睡眠呼吸障碍应用个体化治疗的价值较高,可行性较强,可以在临床上加以推广与使用。Objective:To study and analyze the value and feasibility of individualized therapy for sleep-disordered breathing in children.Methods:A total of 86 children with sleep disordered breathing who were treated in the pediatric department of Zhangzhou Zhengxing Hospital,Fujian Province from November 2018 to November 2020 were selected as the subjects of study.According to the dynamic grouping method,86 children were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=46).The control group was treated by simple operation,while the observation group was treated by non-surgical treatment.Results:In terms of symptom improvement and treatment effect,the difference between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized therapy for children with sleep disordered breathing is valuable and feasible,and can be popularized and used in clinic.
