快速康复理念在小儿鼾症围术期护理中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨快速康复理念在小儿睡眠鼾症围术期护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年9月至2020年3月福建医科大学附属第一医院收治的拟行鼾症手术患儿120例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组60例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础融入快速康复理念。比较2组护理前后的睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分]及住院时间。结果:观察组的PSQI评分显著低于对照组,住院时间显著短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:快速康复理念可有效缩短鼾症手术患儿的住院时间,改善睡眠质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation concept in children with snore during the perioperative period.Methods:A total of 120 children with snoring surgery in First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from September 2019 to March 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 60 cases in each group.The control group were with routine care,and the observation group were with the concept of rapid rehabilitation on the basis of routine care.Then the sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)]before and after the nursing and hospitalization time of two groups were compared.Results:The PSQI score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,the hospitalization time was significantly shorter than that of ontrol group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The concept of rapid rehabilitation can effectively shorten the length of stay and improve the quality of sleep of children with snoring surgery,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
