精神分裂症睡眠生理心理指标与临床症状的关系策略探讨

摘　　要：目的:分析精神分裂症患者的临床症状特征,探索调整患者睡眠、生理与心理的不良状态的最佳治疗方式。方法:选取2018年4月至2020年4月黑龙江省第三医院收治的精神分裂症患者78例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组39例,对照组给予基础治疗,观察组给予优质治疗,观察患者临床症状与睡眠、生理与心理等指标的变化。结果:治疗后,观察组睡眠障碍发生率为22.9%,对照组的睡眠障碍发生率为39.4%,2组比较,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者生命质量各项评价指标均高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精神分裂症采取优质治疗的方式可更好地改善患者的临床症状,减轻患者心理与生活上的压力,值得临床推广使用。Objective:To analyze the clinical symptoms and characteristics of schizophrenia,and to explore the best treatment methods to adjust the sleep,physiological and psychological state of the patients.Methods:A total of 78 patients with schizophrenia in Heilongjiang province between April 2018 and April 2020 from third hospital were treated as the research object.According to random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,39 cases in each group.Control group was given basic treatment,and the observation group was given high quality treatment.The clinical symptoms and the change of sleep,physiological and psychological indexes were observed.Results:After treatment,the incidence of sleep disorders in the observation group was 22.9%,and that in the control group was 39.4%.The observation group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The evaluation indexes of quality of life in observation group were higher than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-quality treatment of schizophrenia can better improve the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce the psychological and life pressure of patients,which was worthy of clinical use.
