摘 要:分析银色聚酯金属漆彩板边部增厚成因,结果表明,金属漆涂料里含有大量的产生金属效果的铝粉颜填料,铝粉粒径较大,且成片状排列,涂敷在带钢表面后在流平阶段涂料在带钢边部聚集增厚,导致边部极易产生堆边和气泡缩孔缺陷。根据金属漆涂料的特性,通过优化调整正面涂层膜厚分配比、增加流平时间,提高金属漆涂料的分散性,制定合适的生产工艺,使边部涂料溶剂充分挥发,解决金属漆彩板边部增厚缺陷。The paper studied edge-thickening defect of prepainted steel sheets coated with metallic paint.The results showed that the uneven distribution of Al pigment led to these defects because the aluminum powders gathered at the edge.Considering the characteristics of metallic paint,solvent of the edge coating was fully volatilized edge-thickening defect was solved by optimizing and adjusting the thickness distribution ratio of the finishing coat and increasing paint leveling time and the dispersion of metallic paint.
