摘 要:渤海油田某水平生产井,生产初期下入Y型生产管柱投产后,含水快速上升,产油量迅速下降,需要准确找到出水层位并采取相应措施堵水。对Y型生产管柱进行优化,将泵送仪器入井通道和生产通道分开,带孔管之下连接圆堵,减少管柱缩径。根据确定的施工方案,下入新的生产管柱,在不借助爬行器和连续油管的情况下利用氧活化测试确定了高含水产出井中的出水层位,且氧活化水流测井资料质量满足计算要求。优化后的施工管柱实现了海上电潜泵的生产,满足泵送仪器串进入水平段测试。该技术可为水平生产井调整措施提供依据,为水平井找水测试作业提供参考。The water cut increased rapidly and the oil production decreased rapidly in a horizontal production well in Bohai Oilfield,after the Y-shaped production string was put into operation at the initial stage of production.Therefore,it is necessary to find the water producing layer accurately and take corresponding measures to block water.Optimize the Y-shaped production string,separate the well entry channel and production channel of the pumping instrument,connect the round plug under the perforated pipe,and reduce the diameter reduction of the string.According to the determined construction scheme,a new production string is run in.Without the help of crawler and coiled tubing,the water producing layer in the well with high water cut is determined by oxygen activation test,and the quality of oxygen activation flow logging data meets the calculation requirements.The optimized construction string realizes the production of offshore electric submersible pump and meets the requirement of pumping instrument string into horizontal section test.This technology can provide the basis for the adjustment measures of horizontal production wells and the reference for the water exploration and testing operation of horizontal wells.
