摘  要:轴线摆度的测量调整一直是卧式轴流泵机组安装中的难点,在实际操作过程中,水泵轴线的调整过程常因累积误差而影响最终精度。本文从水泵基准轴线调整、水泵轴联轴器摆度调整和齿轮箱、电机同轴度调整三个方面,分析了卧式轴流泵轴线摆度调整的步骤和方法,并通过ProE三维仿真的形式进行模拟。在有效提高水泵轴线摆度测量效率、减少水泵检修过程中的人工测量误差、推动水泵机组故障诊断等方面意义重大。The measurement and adjustment of axis swing has always been a difficult point in the installation of horizontal axial flow pump unit.In the actual operation process,the final accuracy is often affected by the accumulated error in the adjustment process of pump axis.This paper introduces the adjustment principle of the axis swing of the horizontal axial flow pump,and analyzes the steps and methods of the adjustment of the axis swing of the horizontal axial flow pump from three aspects:the adjustment of the reference axis of the pump,the adjustment of the swing of the shaft coupling of the pump,and the adjustment of the coaxiality of the gearbox and the motor,which are simulated by the three dimensional simulation of ProE.It is great significance to effectively improve the efficiency of pump axis and swing measurement,reduce the manual measurement error in the process of pump maintenance,and promote the fault diagnosis of pump unit.
