摘  要:卫星互联网发展已经逐渐被纳入到第六代移动通信技术(6G)概念方案中,基于透明转发可降低系统建设成本,同时系统容量不受星上处理能力限制。但透明转发模式的低轨(Low Earth Orbit,LEO)卫星系统会出现卫星馈电链路切换情况下用户发生大规模群切换的问题,影响局部地理区域用户通信体验。将透明转发系统低轨卫星跨信关站馈电链路切换场景中用户切换模型化,并针对场景中面临的用户群切换问题,提出了一种缓解群切换拥塞的算法。算法采用用户提前分流切出和限制切入策略,对分流切出过程进行统一规划,减小用户群切换规模,与常规群切换方法配合使用,可进一步降低用户平均切换时延,提高切换成功率。The development of satellite Internet has been gradually incorporated into the 6th generation mobile network(6G)development planning.Based on transparent forwarding,the system construction cost can be reduced,and the system capacity is not limited by the on-board processing capacity.However,the problem of large-scale group handover occurs in the scenario of satellite feeder link switching in low earth orbit(LEO)satellite system with transparent forwarding ability,which affects the communication experience of users in local geographic areas.In this paper,user handover in the scenario of satellite feeder link switching between gateway stations is modeled in LEO satellite system with transparent forwarding ability and an algorithm is proposed to alleviate the congestion of user group handover.The algorithm adopts the strategy of diverting and handover users out of the satellite in advance and restricting other satellite user handover in,and carries out unified planning for the diversion process to reduce the scale of user group handover.Combined with the conventional group handover method,the algorithm can further reduce the delay of average handover and improve the rate of handover success.
