摘　　要：中药及其复方多成分、多靶点和多途径对疾病的治疗,与功效成分的吸收、分布、代谢和排泄等体内过程密切相关。通过功效成分体内过程研究,结合其药理作用,可以揭示复方"增效减毒"配伍规律及"方证相应"理论,进一步加深对中药复方作用机理的认识。The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and its prescriptions on the diseases is related to the absorption, distribution, metabolism, and excretion of effective ingredients. Through the in vivo process investigation of effective components of TCM, combined with their pharmacological activities, which could reveal the compatibility rules of"enhancing effect"and"reducing toxicity", and the theory of"prescription and syndrome corresponding". These studies further deepen the understanding of the action mechanism of TCM.
