摘　　要：目的分析肝郁脾虚证候诊断标准研究的历史、现状及存在的问题。方法检索中国知网(Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure,CNKI)、万方数据库和维普数据库中以"肝郁脾虚"和"诊断"为主题的研究型文献,运用CiteSpace软件进行处理,生成作者、机构、关键词的共现图谱。结果纳入研究文献共645篇。其中,以刘艳、李筠等为代表的研究人员及其团队为我国肝郁脾虚研究领域发展做出突出贡献;该项研究的主要力量集中于北京中医药大学、上海中医药大学及其附属医院;该议题的主流研究方向包括(1)肝郁脾虚证候客观化诊断,(2)如何治疗因肝郁脾虚引发的溃疡性结肠炎、肠易激综合征、功能性消化不良、慢性乙型肝炎和高脂血症,(3)辨清某疾病是否因肝郁脾虚引起。结论加强各个研究团队之间、各个机构之间的合作,把握研究热点及方向,对相关科研成果的稳定产出大有脾益。Objective To analyze the history,current situation,and problems of studies on diagnostic criteria of liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome.Methods The literature on the topics of "liver stagnation and spleen deficiency" and "diagnosis" were searched in the Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang database and VIP database,and the co-occurrence maps of authors,institutions,keywords were generated using CiteSpace.Results A total of 645 articles were included,and the researchers and teams represented by Liu Yan and Li Yun made outstanding contributions to the research on liver depression and spleen deficiency in China.The main institutions in this field were Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and its affiliated hospitals.The main research directions of this topic included the objective diagnosis of liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome,treatment of ulcerative colitis,irritable bowel syndrome,functional dyspepsia,chronic hepatitis B and hyperlipidemia caused by liver depression and spleen deficiency,as well as identification of whether a disease is caused by liver depression and spleen deficiency.Conclusion To strengthen the cooperation among the research teams and institutions,to grasp the research hot spots and directions,and to the stable the output of relevant scientific research.
