摘　　要：目的通过分析穴位按摩相关文献的临床应用及文献质量,使中医技术应用更具循证依据,为临床提供参考。方法中国知网(China National Knowledge Internet,CNKI)、万方医学网、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库,选择2010年-2018年6本护理核心期刊发表有关穴位按摩临床应用文献,利用Excel 2017软件建立数据库,对文献质量、穴位按摩治疗方法、方案、联合其他疗法的临床应用等进行统计分析。结果总计纳入文献195篇;文献的研究方法多为实验性研究,占比在92.82%;知情同意在实际执行中有增长趋势,占比54.36%,与生物医学伦理的要求有很大差距;对穴位按摩文献质量做详细的分析,如随机分配、被引频次、盲法和依从性、合著情况等,存在着随机序列应用不当;盲法应用很少;合著人数较以往有所提升,多中心联合应用较少,2个及以上单位合作的项目仅在20.52%;资金支持以省部级和院校级为主,国家级基金项目很少,占1.03%;总体质量有待提高。结论提高临床科研水平、形成规范化的穴位按摩治疗方案、从整体上提高穴位按摩等中医操作的临床研究质量,是今后护理科研的重点。Objective To analyze literature about the clinical application of acupoint massage and the quality of those literature so as to provide measures for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)techniques based on evidence-based nursing practice.Methods A literature review was conducted by searching the CNKI,Wan fang Med Online,VPCS,and CBMdisc databases.The search covered literature about clinical application of acupoint massage published in 6 core journals of nursing from 2010 to 2018.All data were entered into Excel 2017 to establish a database.Statistical analysis was conducted on literature quality,methods,treatment plans,and combined treatments of acupoint massage.Results A total of 195 papers were included in the analysis,and 92.82%of the literature used the experimental research method.The use of informed consent has increased significantly,with 54.36%of included papers.However,the percentage has not reached the biomedical ethic standards.Detailed analysis of the quality of those papers was conducted concerning randomization,citation frequency,blinding,compliance,and co-authoring.The result showed improper use of random sequencing.The use of blinding was rare.The number of papers with co-authors has increased.Not many papers included in the review employed the multi-center method and only 20.52%of the projects cooperated by two or more facilities.Most projects were supported by provincial and academic funds,and only 1.03%of those projects were supported by national funds.The overall quality of such research needed to be improved.Conclusion The review indicates that clinical research techniques need to be improved in the future.The key is to improve the overall quality of clinical research with regard to TCM techniques in nursing practice,including acupoint massage.So,it can form a standardized treatment plan of acupoint massage based on evidence-based nursing practice.
