摘  要:以基础塞拉门作为研究对象,综合分析车门结构以及研究图像处理算法之后,设计一套基于ARM处理器为平台的嵌入式系统。采用门控器开关门信号触发双摄像头,采集关门过程中的视频和图像数据,经过图像处理后,将相关机械零部件的数据通过无线方式传输到服务器。最后,设计以高速运动相机和嵌入式在线检测系统为对象的2组实验,通过与康尼公司研制的车载智能电机数据对比,验证该系统的可行性。Taking the basic sliding door as the research object,the door structure and image processing algorithm was analyzed comprehensively,and an embedded system based on ARM processor was designed.The door open/close signal of the door controller was used to trigger the dual cameras to collect the video and image data during the door closing process.After image processing,the data of relevant mechanical parts were transmitted to the server in a wireless way.Finally,two groups of experiments were designed,which are based on the high-speed motion camera and the embedded online detection system,The feasibility of the system was verified by comparing with the data of the vehicle intelligent motor developed by Connie company.
