摘 要:由于建筑行业施工阶段信息复杂、信息传递单向性、重复信息冗余等,造成了大量的施工信息流失,从而导致施工效率显著下降。BIM技术是信息化时代施工信息管理的重要手段,为了探索施工信息高效传递,文章通过研究传统施工企业信息传递模式低下的因素,提出施工企业基于BIM信息双向流动的协同方式,加强不同参与方的协同模式。实践证明,BIM平台可以提供一个信息双向共享的平台,BIM模型可以节约信息协同的门槛,提高各参与方讨论问题的意愿程度,为项目资源的合理调配提供了科学的决策依据。Because of complex information,unidirectional information transmission and redundancy of repetitive information in the construction stage of the construction industry,a lot of construction information is lost and the construction efficiency is significantly reduced.BIM technology is an important means of construction information management in the information age.In order to explore the efficient transmission of construction information,this paper studies the factors of low information transmission mode of traditional construction enterprises,and puts forward the cooperation mode of construction enterprises based on two-way flow of BIM information in order to strengthen the cooperation mode of different participants.Practice shows that BIM platform can provide a platform for information twoway sharing.BIM model can reduce the threshold of information collaboration,improve the willingness of participants to discuss problems,and provide scientific basis for decision-making for rational allocation of project resources.
