摘 要:利用乳酸菌、EM菌、黑曲霉、白腐菌、草酸青霉及木霉组成的复合微生物菌剂CM-2对玉米秸秆进行预处理试验与厌氧发酵产气试验。将复合微生物菌剂按比例加入玉米秸秆中处理30d,试验结果测得纤维素降解率达52.94%、半纤维素降解率为33.33%、木质素降解率为2.67%。经过复合微生物菌剂CM-2预处理后的玉米秸秆与牛粪按照1:2的比例,TS为15%、温度为35℃的中温厌氧发酵,其累积产气量提高30.18%,且开始产气时间提前2d,进入产气高峰的时间也提前4d,在产气高峰期的时间也可维持14d。此外经过复合微生物菌剂CM-2处理后的玉米秸秆在厌氧发酵产气高峰时的甲烷转化率也提高了12.87%。The composite microbial agent CM-2 composed of lactic acid bacteria,EM bacteria,aspergillus Niger,white rot bacteria,penicillium oxalate and trichoderma,was used to conduct pretreatment test and anaerobic fermentation gas production test on corn straw.The compound microbial agent was proportionally added to the corn stalk for 30 days.The test results showed that the degradation rate of cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin was 52.94%,33.33%and 2.67%respectively.and the cumulative gas production increased by 30.18%,the time of gas production is advanced 2d,the time of entering the gas production peak is also 4d earlier,and the time during the gas production peak can also be maintained for 14d.In addition,the methane conversion rate of corn stalks treated with cm-2 was increased by 12.87%at the peak of anaerobic fermentation.
