摘　　要：桥式起重机的使用范围较广,它是现代化工业中提高劳动效率的重要的物料搬运设备,在搬运过程中涉及生命安全、贵重及较大危险性物品。为此对一些常见的故障进行分析和排查尤为重要,这样有利于起重机的安全使用。在起重机故障的分析和排查过程中,需要从多个角度考虑,特别是制动系统故障、吊索具故障、轨道故障、滑线故障。我们需要参考一些桥式起重机常见故障以及预防措施的文献资料,了解起重机故障的具体原因和预防的措施,并且给出具体参考意见。Bridge cranes have a wide range of applications.They are important material handling equipment for improving labor efficiency in modern industries.The handling process involves life safety,valuable and relatively dangerous items.For this reason,it is particularly important to analyze and troubleshoot some common faults,which is conducive to the safe use of cranes.In the process of analyzing and troubleshooting crane failures,it is necessary to consider from multiple angles,especially brake system failure,sling failure,track failure,and slipline failure.We need to refer to the literature on some common failures and preventive measures of bridge cranes to understand the specific causes of crane failures and preventive measures,and give specific reference opinions.
