摘　　要：本文对整合医学(HIM)的发展现状进行分析,从中西医不同的文化精髓和不同的方法论阐述中医和西医的发展及优势,引出中西医结合作为独立学科存在的重要性和作用,认为中国特色HIM应该是将西医学的还原论和中医学的整体论兼容并蓄有机结合后形成的新医学体系,并从国家、社会和民众角度提出了具体的对策与建议。This paper analyzes the development status of holistic integrative medicine,expounds the development and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine from different cultural quintessence and different methodology of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,leads to the importance and role of integrated Chinese and western medicine as an independent discipline,and holds that holistic integrative medicine with Chinese characteristics should be a new medicine formed by the organic combination of reductionism of western medicine and holism of traditional Chinese medicine.Finally,the paper puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of the state,society and the public.
