摘　　要：现代医学对2型糖尿病(T2DM)的病因、发病机制的认识集中在胰岛素抵抗和胰岛素分泌不足,诊断上依据血糖指标,形成了强化“血糖控制”策略的糖尿病防治理论体系,有效控制了糖尿病的发生与发展,但仍然面临着糖尿病病程不断紧张、高致死致残的现状。本文从现代医学角度提出糖尿病的根本问题是重要组织供能不足与高血糖并存,重要组织器官供能不足是根本,高血糖是表象;从中医学角度认识糖尿病的主要原因是肝、脾、肾三脏功能失调。根据前期研究基础,提出一种强化“糖转化”策略的中西医结合防治观点;阐释强化“糖转化”策略的“疏糖”“化糖”“祛浊”的中医病机内涵和现代医学内容;探讨了一种新的糖尿病中西医结合防治策略。The understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes in modern medicine focuses on insulin resistance and insufficient insulin secretion.According to the index of blood glucose,the theoretical system of diabetes prevention and treatment has been formed based on the strategy of“blood glucose control”.However,it is still faced with the plight of rising incidence,high death and disability rate.The limitation of single enhanced“blood glucose control”strategy appears gradually.The authors make a point from modern medicine,that is,the fundamental problem of diabetes is the coexistence of insufficient energy supply of important tissues and hyperglycemia,the deficiency of energy supply of important tissues and organs is the fundamental,and hyperglycemia is the appearance.From the point of traditional Chinese medicine,the fundamental cause of diabetes is the dysfunction of gan,pi and shen.Based on the previous research,the authors put forward a view of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine to strengthen the strategy of“glucose transformation”.Furthermore,it explains the mechanism of“dredging glucose”,“resolving glucose”and“dispelling turbidity”in the strategy of“glucose transformation”based on modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine.This review discusses a new strategy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for the prevention and treatment of diabetes mellitus.
