摘  要:基于对同时考虑定转子间动、静偏心不平衡磁拉力模型的构建,建立了电磁激励下水电机组碰摩转子-轴承系统弯扭耦合振动非线性动力学方程,采用数值分析方法研究了质量偏心、励磁电流和气隙动静偏心参数变化对系统动态响应的影响,并与仅考虑广义气隙偏心影响下机组碰摩弯扭耦合振动模型进行了对比。结果表明,随着质量偏心的增大,系统弯扭耦合作用明显增强。动、静偏心的加入显著改变了系统动态特性,周期7及周期10等新的运动特征得以显现。此外,动、静偏心对系统动态响应的表现形式影响存在明显不同。相比于静偏心,以诱发一倍转频电磁激励成分为主的动偏心故障更容易使机组产生较大振动,甚至造成全周碰摩情况发生,需要引起足够的重视。Based on the establishment of an unbalanced magnetic pull model considering both dynamic and static eccentricity,the corresponding dynamic equations of a coupled bending-torsional rotor-bearing system with rub-impact under electromagnetic excitation for hydraulic generating set were derived.A numerical analysis method was adopted to investigate the effect of mass eccentricity,excitation current,air gap dynamic and static eccentricity on nonlinear dynamic response of the system,compared with the previous similar model taking account into the single generalized air gap eccentricity.It is shown from the results that the bending-torsion coupling effect of the system is obviously increased with the augment of mass eccentricity.And the dynamic characteristics of the system are significantly influenced due to the existence of dynamic and static eccentricity,where the new dynamic phenomenon such as period-seven and period-ten appear.In addition,the impact on the dynamic response of the system is obviously different in terms of dynamic and static eccentricity.In comparison to static eccentricity,the dynamic fault,mainly inducing 1x frequency electromagnetic excitation component,is more likely to result in larger vibration,even full annular rubbing for the unit,which should be paid enough attention.
