摘  要:为探析国内过程挖掘领域的研究发展,以1998-2019年中国知网(CNKI)收录的过程挖掘相关文献为样本,综合运用VOSviewer和Citespace两款软件,对文献特征、热点主题和前沿趋势进行分析。研究表明:过程挖掘研究在国内起步较晚,跨学科对话不足;领域研究主要围绕过程发现与支持、合规性检查与增强、工作流挖掘及领域应用4个主题。从发展趋势上看,在线过程挖掘和学科应用研究越来越受到关注,设计普适性强、能够处理高度复杂日志的挖掘算法始终是该领域的研究重点。未来应在加强跨学科交叉研究的同时,促进过程挖掘与物联网、人工智能、区块链等技术的深度融合。In order to systematically analyze the research development of process mining in China, literatures related to process mining collected by CNKI from 1998 to 2019 are selected as samples, and VOSviewer and Citespace are comprehensively used to analyze the literature characteristics, hotspots and frontier trends. The results show that process mining researches start late in China, and interdisciplinary research is insufficient. These researches mainly focus on four topics: process discovery and supporting, compliance checking and enhancement, workflow mining and domain application. From the perspective of the development trend, online process mining and discipline application research have attracted more and more attention, and the design of mining algorithms with strong adaptability and capacity to process highly complex logs has always been the research focus in this field. In the future, cross-disciplinary research should be strengthened, and innovative integration between process mining and cutting-edge technologies such as the internet of things, artificial intelligence and blockchain should be promoted.
