摘 要:本文以樟叶槭为研究材料,开展了植物生长调节剂、扦插基质以及插穗木质化程度对樟叶槭扦插生根的影响研究,旨在为建立樟叶槭扦插快繁技术体系提供参考。结果表明:樟叶槭扦插繁殖最佳的植物生长调节剂是IBA,最适宜浓度为200 mg·L^(-1),其处理后平均生根率、平均生根数和平均根长分别为86%、6.66条和7.17 cm;最佳扦插基质为处理Ⅲ(50%黄心土+25%泥炭土+25%沙子),其处理后平均生根率、平均生根数和平均根长分别为70.34%、5.67条和5.87 cm;最佳插穗为半木质化程度的插穗,其处理后平均生根率、生根数和根长分别为78%、5.67条和6.17 cm。Acer cinnamomifolium was used as the research material to study the effects of rooting hormones,cutting substrates and the degree of lignification of cuttings on Acer cinnamomifolium cuttings rooting.The purpose of this study is to provide a reference for the establishment of the technical system for rapid propagation of Acer cinnamomifolium cuttings.The results showed that the best rooting hormones for Acer cinnamomifolium cutting propagation was IBA,which the appropriate concentration was 200 mg·L^(-1).The average rooting rate,the number of roots and the root length are 86%,6.66,and 7.17 cm,respectively.The best cutting substrate was treatmentIII(50%yellow soil+25%peat soil+25%sand).The average rooting rate,average root number and average root length were 70.34%,5.67,and 5.87 cm,respectively.The best cutting was semi-lignification cutting,and the average rooting rate,the number of roots and the root length were 78%,5.67,and 6.17 cm,respectively.
