摘 要:核安全级电气设备执行安全功能的能力可能受到环境条件和运行条件随时间变化的影响,因此核安全级电气设备的鉴定技术是保障核电厂经济运行和延长现有核电厂运行寿命的必要手段,核安全级电气设备的加速热老化试验作为鉴定试验的一个过程至关重要,本文主要介绍了目前常用的加速热老化试验方法,包括直接选取活化能获得的热寿命评定、基于热寿命曲线的热寿命评定等,并对其差异及主要应用领域进行分析,为核安全级电气设备热老化鉴定的方法选择提供依据。The ability of nuclear safety-level equipment to perform safety functions could be affected by changes in environmental conditions and operating conditions over time.Therefore,the identification technology of nuclear-level equipment was a necessary means to ensure the economic operation of nuclear power plants and extend the operating life of existing nuclear power plants.Thermal aging test of nuclear-level electrical equipment accelerates was very a important process of qualification test.This article mainly introduces several commonly used accelerated thermal aging test methods,including:thermal life evaluation obtained by directly selecting activation energy,thermal life evaluation based on thermal life curve,etc.The differences and main application areas were analyzed to provide a basis for the selection of thermal aging identification methods for nuclear-level equipment.
