摘　　要：文章阐述了河南省县级农业科研单位发展现状及取得的成效,分析了县级农业科研单位自主创新发展中遇到的瓶颈,提出了立足实用型特色学科开展研究、创新引才引智机制、强化融合发展、加大科技成果转化力度等促进县级农业科研单位创新发展的对策建议。The current situation and results of the development of agricultural scientific research unit at the county level in Henan Province were analyzed in the paper.Bottlenecks the agricultural scientific research unit at the county level encountered in the development of independent innovation summarized.Countermeasures for accelerating the development of agricultural scientific research unit at the county level were put forward based on the practical characteristic discipline research,innovation institution of talents introduction and exchanging mechanism,strengthen the integration development,intensify undertake the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
