摘　　要：农业科研机构作为我国农业科技创新的主体,其科技发展水平直接决定着我国农业现代化的发展水平。公正合理的农业科研机构评价机制是增强农业科研机构竞争力、促进我国农业高水平可持续发展的重要保障。文章在系统分析我国农业科研机构评价存在的问题基础上,率先提出了基于影响力的农业科研机构评价理念,并以学术影响力、社会影响力、国际影响力为核心,系统构建了农业科研机构影响力评价指标体系。基于影响力的农业科研机构评价为更好地开展农业科研机构评价提供了新的思路,在未来的农业科研机构评价中将发挥重要的作用。The agricultural research institutions play the main part of Chinese agricultural science-technology innovation and its development level directly determines the development level of Chinese agricultural modernization.Just and reasonable evaluation system is important guarantee of keeping agricultural research institution competitiveness and promoting the sustainable development of agriculture at high level.The present problems in the evaluation of agricultural research institution were systematically considered in this study,and a new evaluation idea based on influence force was put forward.In addition,the evaluation indicator system of influence force in agricultural research institutions was proposed with academic influence force,social influence force and international influence force at the core.The work provided a new thought for better evaluation of agricultural research institutions,and it will play an important part in the future evaluation.
