林果类农业科研院所科技帮扶精准助力脱贫攻坚的实践与探索——以中国农业科学院郑州果树研究所为例

摘　　要：特色林果业成为许多地方脱贫攻坚的主导产业,在精准脱贫和巩固脱贫成效中发挥了重要作用。文章以中国农业科学院郑州果树研究所为例,详细介绍了长期以来该研究所在党建引领、智力帮扶、所地合作、技术培训、基地建设、援藏援疆等方面科技精准助力脱贫攻坚的主要做法、工作成效,并从加强统筹规划和组织领导、构建以项目为纽带的帮扶工作体系、打造科技扶贫模式新亮点等方面提出了巩固科技扶贫成效的建议。Characteristic fruit industry has become a well choice for poverty alleviation in many places,and plays an important role in precise and stable poverty alleviation.In this study,taking Zhengzhou Fruit Research Institute of CAAS as an example,main methods and effect of precision poverty alleviation by science and technology were introduced in detail,such as the party leading,intellectual support,cooperation between institute and government,technology training,constructing the base,aiding Xinjiang and Tibet,etc.Suggestions for consolidating effect of precise poverty alleviation by science and technology were put forward,i.e.,strengthening totally plan and organizing,constructing aiding system with programs as belt,creating new highlight of poverty alleviation by science and technology.
