摘  要:文章对三钢闽光生产的20CrMnTiH齿轮钢方坯中的夹杂物进行了研究。研究结果表明,铸坯内弧表面到铸坯1/2厚度夹杂物数量逐渐增多,1/4厚度和1/2厚度夹杂物数量相差不大;铸坯中主要存在氧化物、硫化物和TiN夹杂物,其中,氧化物主要成分是CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)-MgO-CaS,部分尺寸较大,TiN夹杂物数量较多,但大部分尺寸较小,铸坯中大尺寸氧化物夹杂和小尺寸氧化物夹杂的成分相近,其中,大尺寸钙铝酸盐夹杂物主要来源于卷渣;Therm-Calc软件计算得到的铸坯凝固过程中形成的夹杂物类型与扫描电镜检测结果一致。In this paper,the inclusions in the billet of 20CrMnTiH gear steel produced by Sansteel are studied.The results show that the number of inclusions from the inner side to 1/2 thickness of the billet increases gradually,and there is little difference between 1/4 thickness and 1/2 thickness of the billet.There are mainly oxide,sulfide and TiN inclusions in the billet.Among them,the main component of oxide is CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)-MgO-CaS,some of which are large.TiN inclusions are more in number,but most of them are smaller in size.The composition of large-size oxide inclusions is similar to that of small-size oxide inclusions,in which the large-size calcium aluminate inclusions mainly come from slag entrapment.The type of inclusions formed in the solidification process of the billet calculated by Therm-Calc software is consistent with that measured by SEM.
