摘　　要：进入新时代,体育文化建设也踏入了新的历史方位。要继承创新中华优秀传统体育文化,把握好“守”与“变”的关系;要吸收借鉴奥林匹克文化,把握好“中”与“外”的关系;要促进体育文化系统的和谐发展,把握好“总”与“分”的关系。找准中华体育文化的发展方向,进一步优化体育文化建设思路,进而为推动国家体育事业和文化发展贡献力量。In the new era,the construction of sports culture has entered a new historical position.We should inherit and innovate excellent Chinese traditional sports culture,and grasp the relationship between"keeping"and"changing".We should absorb and draw lessons from Olympic culture,and grasp the relationship between"Chinese sports culture"and"foreign sports culture".We should promote the harmonious development of sports culture system,and grasp the relationship between"whole"and"part".We should find out the development direction of Chinese sports culture,further optimize the thinking of sports culture construction,and contribute to the promotion of national sports and cultural development.
