摘  要:二甲醚作为一种重要的有机化工原料有着极其广泛的应用前景。用50%质量浓度的硫酸对高岭土进行改性制备酸改性高岭土催化剂,在自制的反应器中进行甲醇制二甲醚的活性测试。通过改性浓度、光源和反应环境的变化分别对催化剂的活性进行考察。结果表明,高岭土经过高浓度的硫酸改性后出现了明显的L酸中心;以高压汞灯为光源,在二氧化碳的反应环境下,催化剂催化甲醇制二甲醚的活性较好。As an important organic chemical raw material,dimethyl ether(DME)has an extremely wide application prospect.The acid modified kaolin catalyst was prepared by modifying kaolin with 50%sulf-uric acid,and the activity of methanol to dimethyl ether was tested in the self-made reactor.The activity of the catalyst was investigated by changing the concentration,light source and reaction environment.The results show that the kaolin modified with high concentration of sulfuric acid has obvious L acid center,and the catalytic activity of the catalyst for methanol to dimethyl ether is better under the reaction environment of carbon dioxide with high pressure mercury lamp.
