摘 要:研究原料中硫化物种类、含量以及间歇硫化对铂改性甲苯歧化催化剂性能的影响。研究表明,硫的引入会抑制加氢脱烷基反应,通过降低甲乙苯转化率抑制催化剂活性。此外,硫化也有效抑制了芳环的加氢反应,降低芳环损失,不同的硫化物均表现出类似的规律。脱烷基反应及芳烃加氢反应随着原料中硫含量的提高而降低,当硫含量超过100×10^(-6)后,进一步提高硫化物含量对催化剂性能影响不大。由于加氢脱烷基反应及芳烃加氢反应对金属铂表面结构敏感性差异,在撤掉原料中的硫化物后,前者能快速恢复,而后者则出现不可逆下降。The effect of sulfides on the catalytic performance of Pt modified disproportionation catalyst is studied,and the sulfide species,contents in feedstock and intermittent sulfidation are investigated detailedly.The results show that the hydrodealkylation reaction and benzene ring hydrogenation reaction are inhibited by the introduction of sulfur,and the catalyst activity decreases by reducing the conversion of methylethylbenzene.The inhibition of sulfurization on aromatic ring saturation hydrogenation can efficiently improve the purity of benzene and reduce the aromatic ring loss.Different sulfides exhibit the similar trend,and the performance of the catalyst has little change when the content of sulfur exceeds 100×10^(-6).Due to the different structure sensitivity of the reactions,the hydrodealkylation reaction can recover rapidly after removing the sulfide from the raw material,while the side reaction of aromatic hydrogenation can be inhibited continuously.
