摘 要:炼油厂含油浮渣含水量高,数量多,后续处理规模大,运行成本高。对含油浮渣进行超声辐照研究,强化其絮凝脱水的效果,通过条件实验和优化,得到尽可能低的最终湿基含水量。研究表明,运用20 kHz的变幅杆浸入式超声波处理器,在超声声强400-500 W•m^(-2)情况下作用5 min,可减少絮凝剂聚丙烯酰胺的使用量20%,初始含水率90%以上的含油浮渣经处理后,最终含水率降至50%左右,体积减少近200倍。具有积极的经济、环境效益。The oily scum of oil refinery has high water content,large quantity,large follow-up treatment scale and high operating cost.Ultrasound strengthens the study of dewatering of oily scum from refinery.In order to decrease mass of scum,amendment and appropriate ultrasonic treatment should be chosen.Optimal result was obtained under following conditions:5 min treatment of 400-500 W•m^(-2) of sine ultrasound wave were selected form 20 kHz horn immersion ultrasonic processor,reducing the use of flocculant polyacrylamide by 20%,final water content in scum declined to 50%from 90%after treatment,the volume was reduced by nearly 200 times.It has positive economic and environmental benefits.
