摘  要:介绍了国内外、不同供应商对BDP磷酸酯类阻燃剂石油产品酸值测定的标准方法及其各自特点和差别。通过对不同的常用石油产品酸值测定方法以及供应商提供测试方法的研究探讨,结果表明:BDP磷酸酯酸值采用的0.01 mol/L的滴定碱液数据最为稳定;指示剂对酸值测试影响因素最小;对于难溶解的BDP磷酸酯阻燃剂,采用甲苯+水+异丙醇为滴定溶剂先加入样品溶解溶解性较好,数据较稳定;称样量在20 g左右最为合适。The domestic and foreign,different suppliers of BDP phosphate ester flame retardant petroleum products acid value determination method and their respective characteristics and differences were introduced.Through the research and discussion of different common petroleum product acid value determination methods and test methods provided by suppliers,the results showed that 0.01 mol/L titration lye data of BDP phosphate acid value was the most stable.The indicator had an influence on the acid value test,the factor was the smallest.For the hard-to-dissolve BDP phosphate flame retardant,toluene+water+isopropanol was used as the titration solvent.The sample was added first to dissolve and dissolve better,the data was more stable.It as most suitable to say that the sample volume was around 20 g.
