摘  要:番禺35-2构造位于白云凹陷生成的油气向番禺天然气气区运移的构造脊上,断裂比较发育,该气田在探井钻井过程中存在大量钻井复杂情况,主要表现为起下钻遇阻、卡钻、泥包钻头、井眼缩径等。从地质和工程方面分析了番禺35-2气田A4H井井眼垮塌的原因,给出了钻井液及工程技术措施方面的改进方法。现场应用表明,实用效果明显,A3H井钻井过程顺利,并成功下套管至设计井深。PY 35-2 structure is located on the structural ridge where oil and gas generated in Baiyun Sag migrate to Panyu natural gas area.Faults are relatively developed.There are a lot of drilling complications in the process of exploration well drilling in the gas field,such as tripping resistance,sticking,mud pack bit,hole shrinkage,and so on.The causes of borehole collapse of A4H well in PY 35-2 gas field were analyzed from the aspects of geology and engineering,and the improvement methods of drilling fluid and engineering technical measures were given.The field application showed that the practical effect was obvious,the drilling process of A3H well was smooth,and the casing was successfully run to the designed well depth.
