小学规划项目交通影响评价方法研究——以龙岩市松涛第二小学为例

摘　　要：从交通影响时间、范围、交通参与者构成、交通出行方式等方面,概括小学规划项目的交通出行特征,总结小学规划项目交通影响评价特点。案例提出评价时应重点考虑科学预测交通需求、针对性的改善公交及慢行等交通设施、合理确定家长接送区规模及有效的交通管理措施,为类似规划项目的交通影响评价提供参考。The passage summarizes the traffic features of primary school planning projects,from the perspective of time and range of the traffic effect,the related personnel of transportation,the transportation mode and so on.It summarizes the characteristics of traffic influence analysis of primary school planning projects.The case focus on scientific forecasting of traffic demand in analysis,target on the improvement of bus,slow-walking and other transport facilities,determine the reasonable area for parents pick-up children and effective traffic management measures,to provide references for traffic influence analysis of similar planning projects.
