摘 要:某商业广场89#楼建筑主要功能为商业、影院、公寓等,主体结构采用框架-核心筒体系,存在高度超限、楼板局部不连续、局部穿层柱等不规则项,属于复杂超限高层建筑。为研究其在地震作用下的抗震性能,采用抗震性能化设计方法,使用多种设计软件进行了小震弹性计算和弹性时程分析,以及罕遇地震下的动力弹塑性时程分析,并针对超限情况及结构特点采取了相应的抗震加强措施。分析结果表明,结构具有足够刚度、承载力和延性,能够满足性能目标要求。The main functions of building 89# in a commercial plaza are commerce,cinema,apartment,etc.The main structure adopts frame core tube system,which has some irregular items such as height exceeding limit,partial discontinuity of floor slab,partial through-floor column,etc.,belongs to the complex ultra-limited high-rise building.In order to study its seismic performance under earthquake action,the seismic performance-based design method is adopted,and elastic time-history analysis and elastic elastic elastic-plastic time-history analysis under small earthquake are carried out by using various design software,as well as dynamic elastic-plastic time-history analysis under rare earthquake action,in accordance with the situation of exceeding the limit and the characteristics of the structure,the corresponding anti-seismic strengthening measures are taken.The results show that the structure has enough stiffness,bearing capacity and Ductility to meet the performance requirements.
