组合桩在福州港白马港区湾坞作业区8#泊位工程的应用研究

摘  要:以福州港白马港区湾坞作业区8#泊位工程为例,分析组合桩在打穿较厚卵石层的应用性。为节省工程投资,不采用费用较昂贵以及后期维护费用高的钢管桩,在保证结构安全和一定锤击数的情况下,通过结构计算分析,采用大管桩加钢管桩的组合桩;同时通过试沉桩,进一步验证了钢管桩和大直径管桩本体的穿透能力,凸显了组合桩的优势。根据试桩结果,建议组合桩的总锤击数应控制在2500击以内,此为组合桩运用和类似工程提供了新思路。Taking the No.8 berth project in Wanwu Operation Area,Baima Port District,Fuzhou Port as an example,analyze the applicability of combined piles in penetrate thicker pebble layer.In order to reduce the project investment,the project does not use the steel pipe piles which high cost and high maintenance cost.Under the condition of ensuring structural safety and a number of hammer strokes,through structural calculation and analysis,the project adopted combined pile with large pipe pile and steel pipe pile.At the same time,the test piles further verified the penetrating ability of the steel pipe pile and the large diameter pipe pile body,highlighted the advantages of the combined pile.According to the test pile results,it is recommended that the total number of hammer strokes of combined piles should be controlled within 2500,which provides a new idea for the application of combined piles and similar projects.
