摘  要:隔震橡胶支座安装是隔震层分部工程施工的重要工序,目前国内对大直径隔震支座安装普遍缺乏经验。通过对四川省西昌市某高层基础隔震住宅工程,对隔震支座现场安装施工技术进行了分析。着重提出3个要点:①隔震支座采用无下定位钢板施工,革新了施工方法,但是要求下支墩混凝土表面打磨平整、清理干净;②大直径隔震支座吊装受力点应在下连接板上,避免隔震支座产生拉应力;③隔震支座地脚螺栓采用对角方式进行固定,避免螺栓拧紧不规范而影响水平精度。The installation of isolation rubber bearing is an important procedure in the construction of isolated layer.At present,lacking of experience in the installation of large diameter isolation bearing is a general problem in China.The field installation and construction technology of isolation bearing is analyzed based on a high-rise base isolated housing project in Xichang City,Sichuan Province.Three main points are emphasized:①The isolation bearing can be constructed with no lower positioning steel plate,which improves the construction method.But the method requires the concrete surface of the lower buttress to be polished and cleaned;②The loading point of large diameter isolation bearing should be on the lower connecting plate to avoid tensile stress of isolation bearing;③The anchor bolts of the isolation bearing are fixed diagonally to avoid the influence of the non-standard tightening of the bolts on the horizontal accuracy.
