摘  要:针对电解电容芯包卷绕过程中锥度张力控制问题,在详细分析卷绕过程中导致张力实时变化的因素的基础上,对磁粉离合器进行数学建模并研究相应的控制算法,设计实现了一种基于磁粉离合器的锥度卷绕控制系统。为满足系统对数学模型的较高要求及解决磁粉离合器在控制中存在纯滞后的问题,利用Simulink仿真工具建立模糊PID与Smith预估补偿控制。仿真结果表明在基于磁粉离合器的卷绕锥度张力控制系统中,使用模糊PID与Smith预估补偿控制可实现理想的控制效果。Aiming at the taper tension control problem in the winding process of electrolytic capacitor core,based on the detailed analysis of the factors that lead to the real-time change of tension in the winding process,the mathematical model of magnetic powder clutch is established and the corresponding control algorithm is studied,and a taper winding control system based on magnetic powder clutch is designed and implemented.In order to meet the high requirements of the system for mathematical model and solve the problem of pure lag in the control of magnetic powder clutch,fuzzy PID and Smith predictive compensation control are established by using Simulink simulation tools.The simulation results show that in the winding taper tension control system based on magnetic powder clutch,fuzzy PID and Smith predictive compensation control can achieve ideal control effect.
