摘 要:以某亚临界330 MW机组为研究对象,采用线性化分析方法,分析计算汽轮机高压缸、中压缸及低压缸效率变化对机组热耗的影响,并得出其规律。结果表明:高压缸影响最小,低压缸影响最大;随着负荷的降低,高压缸效率变化对机组热耗的影响逐渐增加,中、低压缸效率变化对机组热耗影响变化较小;缸效率变化对机组热耗影响主要通过功率变化及系统吸热量变化来实现;功率变化对机组热耗产生的影响较为显著,尤其是中、低压缸。Taking a certain subcritical 330 MW turbine as the research object,the linearization analysis method is used to analyze and calculate the influence of the efficiency change of high pressure cylinder,medium pressure cylinder and low pressure cylinder on the heat consumption,and get its rule.The results show that the influence of high pressure cylinder is the least and the influence of low pressure cylinder is the largest.With the decrease of load,the effect of high pressure cylinder efficiency change on heat consumption increases gradually,and the change of medium and low pressure cylinder efficiency change has little effect on heat consumption.The effect of cylinder efficiency on heat consumption is mainly realized by power change and system heat absorption.The effect of power change on heat consumption is significant,especially for medium and low pressure cylinders.
