摘  要:本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加葡萄籽原花青素对羔羊生长性能和营养物质消化代谢的影响。试验选取48只4月龄、体重[(22.75±1.20)kg]相近的杜泊×小尾寒羊杂交一代公羔,随机分为4组,每组12只羊。各组饲喂精粗比为70∶30的基础饲粮的同时分别补饲0(对照组)、10(10GSPs组)、20(20GSPs组)、40 mg/kg BW(40GSPs组)的葡萄籽原花青素。预试期15 d,正试期45 d。结果表明:1)10GSPs组和20GSPs组的平均日增重和平均日采食量显著高于对照组和40GSPs组(P≤0.05)。各组料重比无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)20GSPs组的粗蛋白质表观消化率显著高于对照组(P≤0.05),40GSPs组的中性洗涤纤维表观消化率显著低于对照组和10GSPs、20GSPs组(P≤0.05),20GSPs组的干物质和有机物表观消化率显著高于对照组和40GSPs组(P≤0.05)。3)各组粪氮、尿氮无显著差异(P>0.05)。20GSPs组的摄入氮和氮沉积率显著高于对照组和40GSPs组(P≤0.05),20GSPs组的氮表观消化率显著高于对照组(P≤0.05),20GSPs组的沉积氮显著高于对照组和10GSPs、20GSPs组(P≤0.05)。4)40GSPs组的尿中尿囊素、总嘌呤衍生物和微生物蛋白含量显著低于对照组和10GSPs、20GSPs组(P≤0.05)。5)10GSPs和20GSPs组的摄入总能、表观消化能和表观代谢能显著高于对照组和40GSPs组(P≤0.05),20GSPs和40GSPs组的甲烷能显著低于对照组(P≤0.05),10GSPs组的总能表观消化率显著高于20GSPs和40GSPs组(P≤0.05),20GSPs组的总能表观消化率显著高于对照组(P≤0.05)。10GSPs组的消化能代谢率显著高于对照组和40GSPs组(P≤0.05),20GSPs组的消化能代谢率显著高于对照组(P≤0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加葡萄籽原花青素可以改善高精料育肥模式下羔羊的生长性能,提高营养物质表观消化率,提高摄入总能、表观消化能、表观代谢能、总能表观消化率和消化能代谢率,以20 mg/kg BW添加量为宜。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation of grape seed proanthocyanidins on growth performance and nutrient digestion and metabolism of lambs.Forty-eight 4-month-old Dorper×thin-tailed Han ram male lambs with similar body weight[(22.75±1.20)kg]were randomly divided into 4 groups with 12 lambs per group.Lambs were fed basal diets with forage to concentrate ratio of 70∶30 and supplemented with 0(control group),10(10GSPs group),20(20GSPs group)and 40 mg/kg BW(40GSPs group)grape seed proanthocyanidins,respectively.The pre-experimental period lasted for 15 days,and the experimental period lasted for 45 days.The results showed as follows:1)the average daily gain and average daily feed intake of 10GSPs and 20GSPs groups were significantly higher than those of control group and 40GSPs group(P≤0.05).There was no significant difference in feed to gain ratio among all groups(P>0.05).2)The apparent digestibility of crude protein of 20GSPs group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P≤0.05),the apparent digestibility of neutral detergent fiber of 40GSPs group was significantly lower than that of the control group and 10GSPs,20GSPs groups(P≤0.05),and the apparent digestibilities of dry matter and organic matter of 20GSPs group were significantly higher than those of the control group and 40GSPs group(P≤0.05).3)There were no significant differences on fecal nitrogen and urinary nitrogen among all groups(P>0.05).The nitrogen intake and nitrogen deposition rate of 20GSPs group were significantly higher than those of the control and 40GSPs group(P≤0.05),the apparent digestibility of nitrogen of 20GSPs group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P≤0.05),and the deposition nitrogen of 20GSPs group was significantly higher than that of the control group and 10GSPs and 40GSPs groups(P≤0.05).4)The contents of allantoin,total purine derivatives and microbial protein in urine of 40GSPs group were significantly lower than those of the control
