摘 要:本试验旨在研究不同浓度的甘草酸单铵盐对体外瘤胃发酵参数及甲烷产量的影响,以确定其适宜的添加浓度。选取3只安装永久性瘘管的绵羊作为瘤胃液供体,体外产气法测定添加不同浓度甘草酸单铵盐后瘤胃发酵参数及甲烷产量。以基础饲粮为发酵底物,设置对照组、Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组和Ⅴ组,甘草酸单铵盐浓度分别为0、50、150、250、350、450 mg/L,每组设置3个重复。在培养3、9、12、21、24 h后,测定pH、氨态氮(NH_(3)-N)浓度、产气量、干物质降解率、挥发性脂肪酸(VFA)浓度和甲烷产量,研究其对瘤胃发酵参数的影响。结果表明:在发酵24 h后,Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组和Ⅴ组的产气量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);各组pH随着发酵时间增长呈下降趋势;干物质降解率随着发酵时间的增长逐渐增加,但各试验组与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05);试验组NH_(3)-N浓度随着甘草酸单铵盐浓度的增加有降低趋势,其中Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组和Ⅴ组的NH_(3)-N浓度显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组乙酸、丙酸和丁酸浓度均和对照组相比有下降趋势,但差异均不显著(P>0.05);发酵24 h后,各试验组的甲烷产量有所降低,其中Ⅳ组的甲烷产量最低,但与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。根据多项指标综合评定,在绵羊体外瘤胃发酵中适宜的甘草酸单铵盐浓度为350 mg/L。The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effects of different concentrations of monoammonium glycyrrhizinate on rumen fermentation parameters and methane production in vitro and to select the most appropriate concentration.In this experiment,three sheep with permanent fistulas were selected as rumen fluid donor sheep,and the basic diet which supplemented the monoammonium glycyrrhizinate as the fermentation substrate.The experiments were divided into control group,Ⅰgroup,Ⅱgroup,Ⅲgroup,Ⅳgroup andⅤgroup,which were added 0,50,150,250,350 and 450 mg/L of monoammonium glycyrrhizinate,respectively,and cultivated for 3,9,12,21 and 24 h,respectively,and pH,ammoniacal nitrogen(NH_(3)-N)concentration,gas production,dry matter degradation rate,volatile fatty acid(VFA)concentration and methane production of fermentation fluid were measured.The experiment results showed that after 24 h of fermentation,the gas production ofⅢgroup,Ⅳgroup and V group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the pH of each group increased with fermentation time and showed a downward trend;the dry matter degradation rate increased with fermentation time extended,but the differences between the experimental groups and the control group were not significant(P>0.05);the NH_(3)-N concentration of the groups decreased with the increase of monoammonium glycyrrhizinate concentration,and the NH_(3)-N concentration ofⅢgroup,Ⅳgroup andⅤgroup was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);compared with the control group,acetic acid,propionic acid and butyric acid concentrations in all the groups had a downward trend,but the difference were not significant(P>0.05);after 24 h of fermentation,the methane production of each group was decreased,and the methane production ofⅣgroup was the lowest,but the difference was not significant compared with the control group(P>0.05).According to a comprehensive evaluation of multiple indices,the suitable concentration of monoammonium glycyrrhizinate i
